Hi,

I updated Ford Fusion USA 2015 IPC module by update wizard by new version UCDS 2.0.001.008, ater update IPC is dead.
Part number IPC FS7T-10849-JF

IDS 103 say "No new calibration files for your IPC"

Please help to restore by UCDS or IDS, if is possible in IDS force reprograming in the same version?

That's is quite the coincidence... I have a 2015 Fusion IPC that I use for testing... FS7T-10849-JF. I was trying to update it to the new JG revision. It flashed perfectly fine, but will no longer turn on.
Bootloader still responds, so I can still reflash the firmware, but it doesn't do me any good if it doesn't turn on after the fact.

I tried doing a Module Reprogramming with IDS 104.01, but similar: Said no update available yet.

I even tried manually sending the boot/power on CAN commands with an OBDLink MX adapter to power it up, with no luck. (The commands worked before trying to flash it)

I already PMed @kroligoff about the issue,

My friend Jesse has a 2013 (DS7T)/2014 (FS7T) Fusion/Mondeo (Hybrid) IPC that has the same issue as well. So far this is 3 known cases of a bad IPC update flash procedure, not limited to just the 2015 (FS7T) models.

I guess better use those vbf loader, no?

Makes no difference... something isn't being flashed correctly or missing commands.

Well, vbf loader uses the files u manually upload to it, Update Wizard uses files found online (possible from another type of Ford)

But indeed, there is an error in the update routine in the latest version of UCDS it seems

Vbf loader I used to.
Files:
FS7T-14C025-JB
FS7T-14C026-GG
FS7T-14C088-GE and GF

Flashing finished fine but IPC still not working.

Maybe I need use other files for this IPC?

I guess u mixed up the files

It's an issue the way UCDS is flashing the unit. Nothing to do with the files.

I was able to upload the original firmware by IDS
But ... I do not know exactly how
I did so.
I started the IDS without access to the Internet
I chose reprograming IPC
I gave VIN another car with a 2015 years but the older module FC
I chose service function 24041
IDS asked asbuild and files copied to the directory
He wrote that the module version is different than the one that results from VIN and if I want to change
I answered yes and started programming
and now works

I am not sure or for example entering the code 24041 has helped or not does not matter
For sure helped run without internet
I look forward to to improve the action UCDS because I want to upload the soft European hybrids

Hi guys
We are found where is problem.
Never before Ford is not use VBF files where data is in COMPRESSED format (or we never see)
So this option is never parsing from VBF and never use by our software
Now we make updates in code and next version will no be have any problems with programming IPC or some else modules where data incoming in compressed format
