DSP update failed - NRC: Request out of range [0x31]

A few days back i decided to update the DSP of my 2016 MK5 mondeo. This was not the best idea, as i ended up with a dead module now ;-(
Think my update to the DSP module (DS7T-18B849-AV) was done by mistake over the MS-CAN bus, and should have been HS3 and therefore failed. ;-(

I cannot revive it back and tried my very best with the "dead module" setting. Poll all modules (wizard) is showing the DSP, but with a NRC: Request out of range [0x31] error.. ?!?

Main question is: Would it be possible to push it out of this 0x31 routine so it would be again updateable? Maybe with a seperate CANBUS command?

PS Tried all options to revive, but it stays in the 0x31 state:

• sleep all modules
• one by on FW update
• different CAN bus, HS2, HS-can, HS1
• connect power of module in the 15 sec interval (dead module instruction),
• etc
