I am installing Ford Trailer module with non-ford detachable towbar. what settings need to be configured in what modules to enable full function?

I have resolved issue. you need to enable lighting and trailer in BCM, IPC, APIM and PAM, as well as in SODL and SODR if fitted.

I have been trying for a few months to enabel trailer control since fitting trailer module and loom (Genuine Ford), but even though all options are set as per a working S-Max, I cannot control via IPC on my Mondeo mk5 (2016). I have checked BCM and function is present and enabled - I get "Trailer Control" option in IPC settings, but cannot enable it.

Can anyone help?
