Problem with download from etis

Hello,
I have problem with download from etis in update wizard. When I put vin in this, I have this window. Help me please, what I'm doing wrong.

If I dont have car, only I have VIN, can I download from Etis in wizard update?

older cars do not have information here as .ab file

if you have a newer car 2015+ and the download doesn't work, there is either a program error or the server is not working

So, how you check number of module's car if you havent car, only VIN?
