Got my new car and I could not get the mirror dipping in reverse working.
I checked and was not enabled in IPC/DE01. Having it enabled I got the respective menu appeared, but it still does not work.

Any idea how I can diagnose it further and/or what else I should configure?

Probably, you have to re-cofigure DDM&PDM aswell?

I try it, but it looks like you need the button on the door for memory settings, and you only have that, when you ha el. seat

Yup... the position has to be saved, and another one recalled. Otherwise it does not revert to normal position.
Strange behaviour to say the least

Possible u get this when u don't have the memory seats, cause in fact for this, u don't need it, the mirrors get a signal to dip when car is in reverse.

U can do it manually, so in fact it's perfect possible
