BCM Error

Hello,

wanted the value in BCM:
BCM GV6T 12: Window and Sunroof Activation Time Constant (s) = 30 --> 60

change and get the following error message:
Failed to write block EE39 of data... Error: Request Out Of Range [0x31]

What does that mean?
