Ford focus 1.5T bin flashing

Hey,

I tried flashing a bin file with 1.5T reprogramming in Focus MK3 menu, it flashed all 3 blocks succesfully. But it give a maintenance error after and vehicle wouldn't start anymore. Any idea how to fix this?
Is there any method to check or reset PCM after flashing so it should work?
When flashing with vbf loader again, it works back like it should. But I want to flash a bin file to the car.

I have been speaking to the guy who owns pcmflash and he tells me his tool auto converts vbf into bin and corrects chks

Well, I've ordered PCMflash and will see if it flashes correctly when it arrives.
Stock file can be flashed without problems, it's the tuned file which won't flash because UCDS automatically changes CRC which isn't needed.. And there doesn't seem to be any way to turn of the CRC correction
