With the big help of Grisha (all instructions, schemes and consultancy) I was finally able to install and activate the front camera. All good with the following problem:
I can activate the front camera (from the Sound button but also with the wire direct to GND) only if first I look in reverse (R) and then move to N, D or S.

I have connected at pin 40 in the connector C1035B... instead of DC/DC (I have low voltage converter DC/DC). Can be (or become) this a problem?

I don't know if this module is direct responsible with front camera (but as I have modified in IPMB the DE00 block, I was thinking of it) but I saw I have no value at ECU Calibration Data #1 and #2.
Simulating an update to the IPMA module I saw that two other config files (approx 14 MB) should be downloaded.

I've found a different implementation of camera(s) in F150 forum (https://goo.gl/bimxHE) but there I think they have connected all cameras to LIN then they've made LIN calibration to find the cameras.
In my case the Front camera has "private" LIN with IPMB.
So, any idea what is different in my case (where I can be wrong) compared with "original" here https://goo.gl/t3vZgF?
PS: zoom in not working either on R ("+")
